We’re Mike & Eric O'Neal, a father and son duo with entrepreneurial spirits and a deep love for our family roots. When the idea came to breathe new life into our family’s colonial home, we saw more than just a project—we saw an opportunity to blend business with legacy. With its timeless charm, original details, and generations of stories within its walls, the home was the perfect place to launch our short-term rental venture. What started as a shared vision quickly became a passion project, combining our drive to build something meaningful with our desire to offer guests a one-of-a-kind stay steeped in history and heart.
